Shanti Yin Yoga

Service Description

This class is available in studio AND on Zoom at the same time. Shanti means calm and peaceful, great for all levels. The class level will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes and routines will vary to challenge and keep clients motivated. Props like bolsters, yoga blocks, straps and blankets will be used to keep you comfortable and properly aligned. Relax in stillness, find peace and calm in surrender. Introducing a Yin Yoga practice where poses are held up to 5 min to align and let your energy flow.

Cancellation Policy

Client can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the class directly on the website or App. Please inform the owner if you can't attend the class, only emergencies are excused.
