1.Pilates Foundation: Intro to Apparatus Series
New to Pilates or looking for a supportive way to begin?
This 4-week beginner series is designed to help you feel confident, safe, and comfortable with Pilates apparatus — step by step.
What to expect:
• Reformer, Tower & Chair fundamentals
• Small group setting (max 6 clients)

2. The Pilates Mat Method: Classical Foundations & Smart Progressions Workshop
This 2–2.5 hour workshop is designed for anyone who wants to better understand the Pilates mat work — not just move through it.
We’ll explore approximately 25 classical Pilates mat exercises, learning:
• the classical form and intention of each exercise
• how and why to modify or progress movements
• how supportive props can help you build strength, control, and confidence
• how to choose variations that work best for your body
For example, we’ll look at the Hundred in its classical form, then explore supportive and challenging variations using props such as small balls or a stability ball to better understand alignment, load, and breath.
This workshop is ideal for:
• Pilates practitioners curious about classical mat work
• clients who want to feel more confident in mixed-level classes
• anyone who wants a deeper, smarter understanding of Pilates fundamentals

3. Mat Pilates Integration Series: Strength. Control & CONFIDENCE
This 6-week Mat Pilates series is designed to help you integrate and apply classical Pilates mat principles in a clear, supportive, and progressive way.
Building on foundational concepts such as breath, alignment, and control, each class focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, enhancing mobility, and developing confidence in choosing appropriate variations for your body. Classical mat exercises are practiced alongside thoughtful progressions and modifications, using props when helpful to support strength, awareness, and balance.
This series is ideal for:
