May at the Studio: Commit • Restore • Transform

 

May is an invitation to return to what truly creates results—consistency, mindful movement, and proper recovery.

At V Pilates & Yoga, this month is designed to help you not only stay committed, but also feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body.

 

This Month’s Focus:

Commit. Restore. Transform.

- Commit to showing up regularly and building a sustainable routine

- Restore your body through mobility, stretch, and nervous system reset

- Transform the way you move, feel, and carry yourself daily

 

May Studio Challenge

The Goal: 8 Classes in 30 Days

8–10 Class Consistency Challenge

Consistency is where real change happens.

Join us this month by committing to 8–10 classes, and experience:

  • Improved strength and stability

  • Better mobility and posture

  • Increased energy and body awareness

Clients who complete the challenge will receive a special reward and recognition within our studio community.

   

How It Works

  • Attend 8 classes within 30 days

  • Any class, any format

  • Stay at your own pace — just keep showing up

We’ll help you stay on track and support your rhythm along the way.

 

Your Reward

Complete your 8 classes and receive:

  • $20 studio credit
    or

  • A complimentary mat/yoga class
    or

  • Bring-a-friend pass to share your practice

Class Experience in May

Pilates: Strength with Support
Build strength with precision and control while supporting your joints and improving alignment. Expect intentional movement, focused technique, and a deeper connection to your core.

Yoga: Restore to Rebuild
A blend of gentle flow, mobility work, and restorative practices designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and allow your body to recover and reset.

Special Workshop

May 15th, 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Recover & Restore: Foam Roller Release + Mobility Lab

If you’ve been working hard in your classes, this is the missing piece.

This session will guide you through:

  • Foam roller myofascial release

  • Targeted mobility and stretch work

  • Breath-work for nervous system reset

Leave feeling lighter, more open, and fully restored.
