June at the Studio: Move Freely Into Summer
As we move into the summer season, June invites us to create more space in the body, more ease in movement, and a deeper connection to how we feel each day.
This Month’s Focus:
This month at V Pilates & Yoga, our focus shifts toward mobility, recovery, fluid strength, and mindful movement. Through Pilates, Yoga, stretch, and recovery-based classes, we will explore movement that helps the body feel lighter, stronger, more open, and more supported in everyday life.
Rather than pushing harder, June is about moving with greater awareness, improving the way the body functions, and restoring balance between strength and recovery.
