Our Studio is designed to provide a comforting environment for both beginner and advanced students, without the pressure and scale of a larger Pilates studio.

Our Studio is located in the Clark Village in Clark, New Jersey. Parking is directly available outside the store front. Located away from the road, classes are kept quiet and private, and make for a comfortable experience.
A Studio Equipped with
You in Mind.
Our Studio is equipped with 5 Balanced Body Allegro II Reformer/Tower Hybrids, Jump Boards, Exo Chairs and Spine Correctors, allowing for a number of workout methods and styles. Group classes are limited to 5 participants.
