Service Description

This class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and develop a deeper understanding of your body. While still offering a full-body workout, the pace is slightly more intentional, allowing time to build control, refine alignment, and explore mobility without rushing through transitions. Using the reformer along with supportive tools such as the Swiss ball and occasional small props, we create an environment where strength and mobility develop together. You’ll be guided through familiar Pilates patterns with a focus on precision, coordination, and efficient movement. The class follows a structured progression: • foundational warm-up to connect breath and movement • core and full-body integration • targeted work to improve stability and control • deeper mobility, opening, and release This is not a beginner class, but it is approachable for those newer to the reformer, as well as beneficial for experienced clients looking to move with more awareness and intention. Expect to feel both challenged and supported — leaving the class stronger, more open, and more connected in your body. With only 6 participants, you’ll receive personalized adjustments and step-by-step guidance to help you grow confidently and safely into reformer work.

Client can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the class directly on the website or App. Please inform the owner if you can't attend the class, only emergencies are excused.
