Service Description

A 90-minute small-group recovery workshop designed to release tension, improve mobility, and restore ease in the body. This specialty session combines myofascial release, guided mobility exercises, supported stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement techniques to help improve flexibility, posture, circulation, and overall movement quality. Our June focus will center on the hips, hamstrings, and lower back — areas where stress, stiffness, and tension commonly accumulate from daily life, exercise, prolonged sitting, and repetitive movement patterns. This workshop is ideal for: • tight hips and hamstrings • lower back discomfort and stiffness • limited mobility or flexibility • recovery and restoration • improving movement patterns and posture • reducing tension and stress in the body Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere with personalized instruction and hands-on guidance in an intimate small-group setting.
