Service Description
Flow & Mobility Yoga blends mindful mobility, breath-centered movement, and fluid yoga flow to help you create greater openness, ease, and connection in your body. Building on the mobility foundation explored in Mobility & Stretch Lab, these classes will gradually evolve into more flowing, spacious movement patterns designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility, posture, balance, and overall body awareness. Using a variety of props — including blocks, straps, and the Dharma Yoga Wheel — we will explore spinal mobility, hip and shoulder opening, breathwork, and gentle strength in a supportive and accessible practice. Each class is designed to help you: increase mobility and flexibility release tension and stiffness improve posture and movement quality create more space in the body and breath calm the nervous system move with greater fluidity and ease This is not a fast-paced power flow. The focus is intentional movement, mindful transitions, and creating length and freedom throughout the body. Suitable for all levels. Modifications and prop support will be offered throughout class.
