Service Description
This 2 hour Gravity Yoga Mobility and Flexibility Workshop will focus on Hamstrings, Hips and Back. Improved flexibility equals improved mobility. This workshop will introduce you to poses and techniques that will help you improve your flexibility by lengthening the main muscle groups. You will find the practice to be a useful addition to your yoga and pilates practice. Regular stretching also helps relieve back, knee and hip pain. In this workshop, you will learn Gravity Yoga principles and the science behind Gravity Yoga.
