These sessions can be booked on any studio equipment—including the Reformer, Tower, Exo Chair, Spine Corrector, Swiss ball, Magic Circle, 9" ball, TheraBands, weights, and more—allowing for fully customized programming based on your goals and experience level. With only two clients, you’ll receive individualized instruction, hands-on corrections, and targeted progressions to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance full-body control.
