Mat Pilates with Spine Corrector

Service Description

This class is available in person at the studio. The class level will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes, routines and props will vary to challenge and keep clients motivated. Mat Pilates with Spine Corrector class is a full body workout with deep core work. Class concentrates on proper alignment and breathing, while strengthening and lengthening all major muscle groups; particularly focuses on "pilates core" (abs, back, pelvic floor and diaphragm).
