Get away from it all at our Studio for a Yoga Retreat. Join us for 2 hour yoga practice. The practice will include gentle and restorative yoga, pranayam, guided meditation, deep relaxation and yoga nidra. Included gift set with sleeping masks and essential oils, and green tea to share together at the end.
