Join us for TRUE REFUGE Yoga Worksop. Find Freedom in Your Own Awakened Heart through Karuna ( COMPASSION ) and Meta ( LOVE ) PRACTICE. Warm up with a gentle Hatha Yoga and then find complete surrender and relaxation through a Yin and Restorative sequence, followed by guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Small gift included.
