Beginner Exo-Chair

Service Description

Beginner Group Pilates Exo-Chair Class for up to 4 participants. Price listed is PER PERSON. This class is available in person. The class level will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes and routines will vary to challenge and keep clients motivated. Pilates Apparatus class is a full body workout. Class concentrates on proper alignment and breathing, while strengthening and lengthening all major muscle groups; particularly focuses on "pilates core" (abs, back, pelvic floor and diaphragm).

Cancellation Policy

Client can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the class. Only emergencies are excused.
