Chakra Yoga Flow will energize and balance you, help you become aware of the functions of your inner chakra system; the 7 main energetic centers that govern your body and mind. Learn how to improve and control the flow of energy throughout your body through the flow of yoga poses, breathing technique, and meditation. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Thursday 11:45am

Treat yourself to a Restorative Yoga Session. Learn how to use props to support your body and learn breathing techniques that relax your mind. Learn how to slow down and open your body and mind to new possibilities.

Restore, Repair, Rejuvenate, Revitalize, and Release.

FOAM ROLLER ALIGN & RELEASE

Learn how to use a foam roller to align your spine, release your neck and upper back tension, plus how to rollout any achy muscles. 

FLOW TO RESTORE YOGA

Saturday 11:30am

Enjoy the gentle yoga flow that ends with a few restorative yoga poses. It's a Yang/Yin practice.

GRAVITY YOGA STRETCH

Sunday 12:30pm

Improve your hips flexibility with a Gravity Yoga principles and techniques.
