Open Flow Yoga Zoom

Service Description

This class is available in studio AND on Zoom at the same time. The class is open to all levels, the level of the class will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes and routines will vary to challenge and keep the clients motivated. Move, breath and warm up to a gentle yoga flow, followed by a few restorative poses for deeper relaxation at the end.
