This live class is available on Zoom. Price listed is PER PERSON. Thera bands are used add the resistance to the exsersises. You will learn proper alignment, form, and breathing techniques. Small props will be added to strengthen additional muscle groups. Class themes, routines and props will vary to keep clients motivated.
