Service Description

This class is available in studio AND online at the same time. The class level will be determined by the clients enrolled in the class. Restorative yoga is a therapeutic form of yoga. Restorative yoga poses are held for longer period of time, allowing the positive effects to penetrate deeper into your mind and body. Often blocks, bolsters and blankets are used for better alignment and comfort. This class is a great way to relax and destress.

Cancellation Policy

Client can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the class. Only emergencies are excused.
