Service Description
Duet Pilates Reformer, Chair and Tower Class. Class is for 2 participants. Price listed is PER PERSON. Class focuses on Pilates Fundamental Principles and appropriate level exercises. You will learn proper alignment, form and breathing. Exercises will strengthen all of the major muscle groups; particularly focusing on "pilates core" (abs, back, pelvic floor and diaphragm). The class level and speed will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes and routines will vary to challenge and keep clients motivated.
