Service Description

*CONTACT FOR APPOINTMENT* Pilates Apparatus class for 2 participants, using Reformer, Chair, Tower/Cadillac and Arc. Price listed is PER PERSON. This class is available in person. The class level will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes and routines will vary to challenge and keep clients motivated. Pilates Apparatus class is a full body workout. Class concentrates on proper alignment and breathing, while strengthening and lengthening all major muscle groups; particularly focuses on "pilates core" (abs, back, pelvic floor and diaphragm).
