Service Description
Beginner/Intermediate PilatesTower Class. Class is up to 5 participants. Price listed is PER PERSON. Class reviews Pilates Fundamental Principles, and focuses on beginner and intermediate exercises. You will learn proper alignment, form and breathing. Exercises will strengthen all of the major muscle groups; particularly focusing on "pilates core" (abs, back, pelvic floor and diaphragm). The class level and speed will be determined by the clients enrolled, class themes and routines will vary to challenge and keep clients motivated.

Client can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the class directly on the website or App. Please inform the owner if you can't attend the class, only emergencies are excused.
